This must-attend workshop is CPD accredited and is designed for managers looking to improve perioperative services by increasing efficiency, lowering costs and reducing waiting times. The intensive one-day course will equip the delegate to leave with a workplan to ensure the elective service pathway is both patient-focused and run efficiently and effectively.
